Goal : Develop Strategic plan/coordinate group activities.

ACTION ITEMS
- Finalize goals, set action items Appoint point persons, select other Volunteers and define measurement.
- Set meeting dates – prepare agenda – include follow up of Strategic plan and publish minutes with action items – make sure the action items fit within the goals.
- Maintain contact with National and State organizations.
- Coordinate drafting of a bill with legislators.
- Continue research on new and existing legislation and keep abreast of similar activities in other locations.
